KNOW YOUR IMPACT
1) Understand performance and impact measurement goals at your organization
2) Identify key stakeholders and their unique data needs
3) Diagnose your measurement challenges and opportunities
4) Outline next steps to reach your goals
etric Bootcamp is a highly participatory half-day scoping exercise. Through interactive and engaging exercises with your staff, our expert team helps you clearly define your organization’s measurement needs, processes, and challenges.
To most effectively understand your needs and the various ways performance measurement data is used at your organization, we encourage staff from a wide variety of departments to actively participate in the Metric Bootcamp.
At the end of the half-day, we will outline next steps to develop and implement strong performance and impact measurement systems, tailored to your aims.
AFTER METRIC BOOTCAMP – NEXT STEPS
Following the Metric Bootcamp, your organization will better understand how to strengthen your performance measurement and data collection tool(s), focusing on solutions that are tailored to your unique goals. The scoping session gives us the opportunity to understand your data challenges, key stakeholders, and ways of working, and allows us to identify and design approaches that will help you implement Bootcamp findings.
If you are interested in pursuing a partnership beyond Bootcamp, Metrics for Management is available to help you create organizational or project-based theories of change and evidence-based metrics that respond to your data needs. Once we have worked together to refine or establish your performance metrics, we can create and help you implement a data use strategy: from developing and piloting tools, to training your project team to collect and analyze data. We also excel in research to evaluate, publish, and disseminate your project’s successes, helping to inform your stakeholders and a broader learning community. To help you strengthen your performance measurement and impact, we tailor our next steps to meet your project aims and mutually identified needs.
